Start with your passport
Your passport must have plenty of validity left. If you do not have one, apply early because it takes time.
Proof of your skill
- School, ITI, diploma or degree certificates
- Experience letters from past employers
- A driving licence for driver jobs
Degrees and diplomas often need attestation for the visa. Your recruiter will tell you if yours does.
Photos and medical
Keep recent passport-size photos with a white background. Every Gulf country needs a medical check at an approved centre before or after travel.
Emigration clearance
If your passport is marked ECR (emigration check required), clearance is completed on the government eMigrate system before you fly.
Never travel for work on a visit or tourist visa.
